Florida Panhandle Online membership is an inexpensive way to reach those looking for a home to purchase or something to rent. A large number of our readers will be relocating military members, civil service personnel and defense contractors looking for a place to call home.

Your membership package includes the following:

• A featured listing and link to your website in all appropriate real estate and/or marketplace categories. Your listing will consist of your business name, contact information and descriptive paragraph. Your logo can be included as well at no extra charge.
• One graphic banner that rotates through our information pages and links back to your website. We will create the banner for you as part of the package if requested. Additional banners can be created for an additional fee or you may provide them.
• A rotating article on the front page, showing you as a Featured Member.
• Priority listing, before any non-member type, Budget Business and Standard Business listings or affiliates.
• Recognition as a new member on the front page.
• Access to the following features at no extra charge:
  • Newsletter -that users can subscribe to.
  • Polls - obtain information about the market you serve.
  • Graphs -obtain information on the statistics of Florida Panhandle Online.
  • Employer Package - post job openings and search the resume database.
  • Real Estate - post as many real estate listings as you want.

What are your costs?

BUILDERS/DEVELOPERS/BROKERS: The cost to advertise your brokerage is $125/month.

BROKERAGE AGENTS: Individual agents, whose parent brokerage also advertises, can purchase their own advertising package independent of the brokerage for the reduced monthly fee of $12.50/month.

INDIVIDUAL AGENTS: Individual agents, whose parent brokerage does not advertise on Florida Panhandle Online, can purchase this package for $25/month.

All packages require a minimum initial contract of three months (one quarter). After the initial period, advertising is on a month by month basis and can be cancelled at any time prior to your monthly renewal date. The initial payment is due in advance, and upon completion of the contract period we can invoice you monthly, quarterly or annually. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

• If you prepay for six months, you will receive a 10% discount.
